THE 2020 SEASON IS OVER; TOM SUMMARISES HIS YEAR SO FAR.
It has been an eventful year has 2020! There has been plenty of highs and lows; unfortunately not being able to compete in the Pirelli British Superstock 1000 championship, then having the opportunity to jump on a SBK, then having no brakes at the last round and totalling a bike!
To be honest, I don’t regret a thing because if I were sat on a sofa at home, I would have missed out on learning a great deal in the Bike Devil Kawasaki team with PJ, Dave, Tom, Paul, Grant and Leigh! Thank you for the opportunity.
Thanks to Dave from Bradbury Racing, Chris and Craig from ADSS for helping me at Brands along with Nick from MSS and my dad! Unfortunately, after losing the brakes into Hawthornes, the bike was worse for wear, so I cannot do the Lord of Lydden, which sucks but is the right decision! I really appreciate everyone who offered their bikes to ride; racing can be challenging at times, and sometimes you wonder what the hell you’re doing.
Still, with all that being said, I’m optimistic that 2021 is going to be a good year! Thank you to everyone who’s supported me along the way and helping me get this far!
Stay tuned for news about the 2021 season, it’s going to be mega!
As always thank you to my sponsors for making it happen and allowing me to pursue what I love!
